Maintenance Worker 4-Boiler Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Worker 4-Boiler Tech to join our team! Applicants for this position must possess a Boiler Class 3 Service Mechanic License. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair of low-pressure steam and hot water boilers and associated equipment.

-Develop, implement, and perform a procedure for daily maintenance and preventive maintenance of boiler systems.

-Develop, implement and maintain a procedure for boiler preventive maintenance scheduling.

-Coordinate with contractors for repairs beyond in-house capabilities.
