Join us for our Salem Emerging Leaders Coffee Social on Thursday, October 22, 2026, from 8:30–10:00 AM.

This event is open to all community members (40 and under) and is FREE to attend!

Join Capital Futbol Club Executive Director Collin Box for a discussion on how sports can develop stronger leaders, strengthen communities, and create opportunities for youth to thrive. Drawing from his experience leading one of Salem’s largest nonprofit sports organizations, Box will share insights on servant leadership, organizational growth, community impact, and building a culture that develops both people and performance.

What to expect at a Coffee Social:

Networking with fellow young professionals in a relaxed setting
A featured speaker sharing leadership experiences and lessons
Connections that strengthen both your career and the Salem community

Salem Emerging Leaders is designed for young professionals ages 18–40. You do not need to be a Chamber member to attend, just bring your curiosity, your coffee cup, and your passion for leadership.
