This event is open to all community members (40 and under) and is FREE to attend!

Join Salem Fire Chief David Gerboth for a conversation on leadership under pressure, building high-performing teams, and serving the community through integrity, trust, and professionalism. Drawing on more than 30 years of fire service and emergency management experience, Chief Gerboth will share lessons on leading through challenges, adapting to change, and making an impact through public service.

What to expect at a Coffee Social:

Networking with fellow young professionals in a relaxed setting
A featured speaker sharing leadership experiences and lessons
Connections that strengthen both your career and the Salem community

Salem Emerging Leaders is designed for young professionals ages 18–40. You do not need to be a Chamber member to attend, just bring your curiosity, your coffee cup, and your passion for leadership.
