Salem Emerging Leaders - Coffee Social - 06.25.2026

Join us for our Salem Emerging Leaders Coffee Social on Thursday, June 25, 2026, from 8:30–10:00 AM at the South Salem Chick-fil-A, 2560 Kuebler Blvd. SE, Salem, 97306.

This event is open to all community members (40 and under) and is FREE to attend!

Our guest speaker will be Lee Richardson, Franchise Owner/Operator of the Kuebler Gateway Chick-fil-A, who will share about key leadership principles from his Chick-fil-A experience. Originally from North Carolina, Lee was inspired to become a Chick-fil-A franchisee after his grandmother worked at Chick-fil-A well into her 80s, instilling in him a deep appreciation of the brand, hospitality and service culture, and leadership principles. 

What to expect at a Coffee Social:

• Networking with fellow young professionals in a relaxed setting
• A featured speaker sharing leadership experiences and lessons
• Connections that strengthen both your career and the Salem community

Salem Emerging Leaders is designed for young professionals ages 18–40. You do not need to be a Chamber member to attend, just bring your curiosity, your coffee cup, and your passion for leadership.
