Join us for our Salem Emerging Leaders Coffee Social on Thursday, January 22, 2026, from 8:30–10:00 AM at Adobe Restaurant (508 State St., Salem, OR 97301).

This event is open to all community members (40 and under) and is FREE to attend!

Our guest speaker will be Kyle Sexton, Business Growth Strategist and owner of ChamberThink Strategies, who will share insights on leadership principles for business growth and marketing strategies to build robust engagement with followers, customers, donors, and members.

What to expect at a Coffee Social:

• Networking with fellow young professionals in a relaxed setting
• A featured speaker sharing leadership experiences and lessons
• Connections that strengthen both your career and the Salem community

Salem Emerging Leaders is designed for young professionals ages 18–40. You do not need to be a Chamber member to attend, just bring your curiosity, your coffee cup, and your passion for leadership.
