Join us for our Salem Emerging Leaders Capital City Conversations on Thursday, October 1, 2026, from 6:30–7:30 PM.

This event is open to all community members (40 and under) and is FREE to attend!

Join Preston Mann of Oregon Business & Industry as he leads a timely conversation with the Salem Emerging Leaders Capital City Conversations group on "Why Oregon's Election Process Matters and How to Get Involved." Drawing on his expertise in public policy and civic engagement, Preston will explore the importance of Oregon’s election system while fostering meaningful discussions about How Can we increase political engagement in our community?

What to expect at a Capital City Conversations:

Networking with fellow young professionals in a relaxed setting
A featured speaker educating professionals about issues that matter
Connections that strengthen both your career and the Salem community

Salem Emerging Leaders is designed for young professionals ages 18–40. You do not need to be a Chamber member to attend, just bring your curiosity, your coffee cup, and your passion for leadership.
