Ribbon Cutting - Wandering Players Theatrics at Venture Hall

Ribbon Cutting Celebration – Venture Hall & Wandering Players Theatrics

Join the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce as we celebrate the exciting transformation of downtown Salem's former Cinebarre movie theater into Venture Hall, a new hub for arts, entertainment, and community connection!

Located at Salem Center, Venture Hall is now home to Wandering Players Theatrics, a local nonprofit theatre company dedicated to bringing people together through live performances, creativity, and artistic expression. What was once a traditional movie theater is being reimagined as a vibrant, multi-use venue featuring live theatre, music, comedy, dance, educational workshops, and community events. Beyond providing a permanent home for Wandering Players Theatrics, Venture Hall will create opportunities for local artists, performers, educators, nonprofits, and organizations to collaborate and share their talents.

This exciting investment in downtown Salem represents more than a new entertainment destination. It's about breathing new life into a familiar space, supporting the local arts community, and creating another reason for people to gather, connect, and experience all that downtown Salem has to offer.

Come help us cut the ribbon, explore this reimagined space, and celebrate a new chapter for arts and entertainment in Salem!
