What began as a collaboration between co-workers quickly evolved into a creative partnership built on passion, respect, and a love for bold, authentic flavors.

Chef Aaron brings the heart of Italian cuisine—its warmth, tradition, and artistry—while Chef Victor infuses the menu with the vibrant spirit of Latin cooking. Together, they craft dishes that transcend boundaries, blending cultures and techniques into a symphony of taste.
