Public Policy - Paid Family Leave

WHAT: Special Public Policy Forum on Oregon Paid Family and Medical Leave
On Tuesday, July 26^th, the Salem Chamber is hosting a special Public Policy Meeting where we will be hosting two experts in Employee Benefits to share with business owners how the new Oregon Paid Family and Medical Leave law will affect their business. Although this legislation does not come into effect until January 1^st, 2023, we feel it is imperative that we host a forum to allow our members are informed on how they can strategically position themselves before this legislation comes into effect.
 
Our two speakers are Tyler Krieg, who is a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant with The Standard and Shannon Connor who is a Benefits Account Executive with Risk Point Insurance Advisors. Their deep understanding of the Oregon Paid Family and Medical Leave legislation will make for an informative, one and a half hour conversation around a topic which will impact businesses both large and small.
