Having worked in and been around the restaurant industry from a young age, Masonry Grill Owner Melissa Mason joins us in March to share her journey as a business owner and community leader, including her experiences in the often challenging service and hospitality spaces. Hear how Melissa navigated the obstacles brought on during the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic shortly after opening Masonry Grill in 2019, her approach to leadership and success, and how she works to create a family atmosphere amongst her staff.
 
Apart from running Masonry Grill, Melissa is also heavily involved in the community, including service on the McLaran Leadership Foundation Board and activity within the Salem Chamber.
