A Refugee in America

Ernesto is SVP and Enterprise Banker in Commercial Banking at KeyBank. He and his team, work with enterprises with minimum annual revenue of $25 million supporting them with credit, treasury management, FX and M&A.

He is also a founder of SwiftCare Urgent Care, investor in several other startup companies and Associate Contributing Professor in Finance at Willamette MBA.

Ernesto holds an MBA degree from Willamette University, an B.A. and M.S. in International Relations / National Defense from University of Zagreb, Croatia, and M.S. in Banking from Pacific Coast Graduate School of Banking at UW-Foster. He is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma-The International Honor Society for Business Administration and Pi Alpha Alpha-The National Honor Society for Public Affairs and Administration.

Ernesto was born in Yugoslavia and post civil war in his country lived in Austria, Germany, and Spain. He immigrated to the USA as a refugee in 1998.
