Rod’s expertise extends beyond training doctors and affluent clients; he has worked with a wide range of individuals, including figure competitors, former NBA players, military members, and TV personalities. His personalized coaching programs focus on hormone optimization, reducing disease risks, and leveraging the body’s natural rhythms to optimize health. His notable clients have included Dr. Erin Hurley MD, Lee Asher of The Asher House, and former NBA players Isaac Austin and Rick Barry.
Rod’s extensive background also includes his experience as a competitive bodybuilder, winning titles such as the 2007 Las Vegas Classic Novice Heavyweight Champion and placing in top competitions like Fame Body Proud 2010. As a former U.S. Marine, Rod’s dedication to fitness began during his service, and his passion grew from healing his own body after an injury.
He has appeared on The Dr. Phil Show in the segment “Bring Back My Sexy Spouse”, further showcasing his expertise in helping others transform their health and well-being.
