About Our Host

Yuriy (the owner) was born in Russia but grew up in the Willamette Valley. He has been doing electrical work for over 17 years. He has worked for some quality electrical companies in the area. Over those years, he has gained some diverse experience in residential, commercial, controls, and fire alarm areas of electrical work.

Yuriy enjoyed his work, but he always had a dream of starting his own business.

The name “Mountain Coast” represents the Willamette Valley area. It is located between the beautiful Mt. Hood and the Pacific coast. This is home for us, and it is the area that we want to see thrive and grow.

Helping people is at the heart of Mountain Coast Electric. We don’t want to be just another electrical company. Our goal is to give back to the community. That includes treating our employees with respect and care. It also means treating our customers fairly and performing the best possible work.

Start your Friday off right with the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce’s biggest weekly networking event!

Greeters brings together 150+ local business professionals every week to connect, share, and grow together. It’s high-energy, relationship-focused, and a great way to keep your business top-of-mind in the community.

Hosted by a different member business each week, Greeters is every Friday from 8:30–10:00 AM.

Pro Tip: Arrive around 8:00 AM to snag a good parking spot, grab some food, and get in a few extra conversations before we officially kick off.
