Krystan Resch grew up in Salem and was active in sports at Sprague High School. She attended the University of Oregon, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree.

After college, Krystan moved to Portland and spent 15 years working in the financial and software industries. Most recently, she served as Head of Partnerships at ZoomInfo. During her career, Krystan had the unique opportunity to be part of a startup that grew into a publicly traded company in just a few years.

Krystan has since returned to her roots in Salem and joined Summit Wealth Management, bringing with her extensive experience in technology, business growth, partnerships, and the rapidly changing digital landscape.
