Ashlee Mecham is an Oregonian through and through, bringing local insight, heart, and strong advocacy to everything she does. With more than a decade of real estate experience, she is known for her expert negotiation skills, unwavering integrity, and her educator-style approach that ensures clients feel informed and confident at every step. Deeply committed to community service, Ashlee serves as President of the Mid Valley Association of REALTORS® Community Foundation and as a Chamber Ambassador for the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce. She lives in Salem with her husband, Damian, their two children, and two Labrador retrievers, and she cherishes Oregon’s unique balance of coastlines and mountain trails.
Stephanie is a dynamic event professional known for creating meaningful, memorable experiences. A natural connector, she brings people together with intention and ease, building her career around personalized, high-impact event coordination. As a CGMP and award-winning wedding planner—voted Gold in Best of the Willamette Valley 2023 & 2024—she is recognized for her creativity, calm leadership, and exceptional attention to detail. Clients and colleagues value Stephanie’s transparency, caring spirit, and commitment to exceeding expectations. She lives in Salem with her husband and business partner, Steve, and together they recently opened a bar in Silverton named after their beloved dog, Ollie.
