Tiffanie Clifford is the dynamic President of Think Ahead, a consulting firm that delivers seasoned HR advice, leadership development that sticks and focused coaching. With over 20 years of experience in HR, learning & development and OD, Tiffanie is a seasoned professional known for her expertise and leadership. She has worn many hats throughout her consulting, serving as a training advisor, project manager, facilitator, HR coach, career coach, instructional designer, and more.
Tiffanie has also held senior-level HR leadership, plus learning & development management roles within organizations, demonstrating her ability to drive strategic initiatives and develop talent from within.
