NOAH PRINCE is a top-tier, recognized talent in helping business and organizational leaders consider culture, relationships and personal growth with a focus on employee equity. His approach of being down-to-earth, people centered and engaging continues to have a huge impact on every audience he works with. Noah has 15+ years of experience as a leader in equity, inclusion and leadership development work.
Noah works with Fortune 50 companies, tech start-ups, education groups, non-profits and individual clients. He meets clients where they are on their diversity journeys and helps them grow with integrity and intelligence. Noah is unique and sought after in his approach of engaging majority members in client systems to see themselves as part of the leadership and dialogue on inclusion and diversity.
As a white man serving in public education roles, Noah personally witnessed the direct impact of both equitable leadership and systemic inequity while working for nearly a decade in the Philadelphia Public Schools. After his time in Philly, Noah moved back to the Northwest to be closer to family. Noah was recruited as the Coordinator of Race and Equity for Seattle Public Schools before continuing his journey as a private diversity and leadership consultant and facilitator for corporations, organizations and non-profits. He holds a BA in Black Feminist Thought from Evergreen State College, Tacoma and a M.Ed. from Temple University. Noah embraces cognitive dissonance (both/and thinking) in helping people understand their perspective and the perspectives of others. His work is inspired by the Yogi Berra quote “When you come to the fork in the road, take it!”
