2026 NAWIC Lunch n' Learn
Jennifer Paul and Daniel Reynolds, attorneys from Saalfeld Griggs PC, will present legal updates from the 2026 Oregon Legislative Session, as well as other legal updates from the past year that impact the construction industry (that may have fallen off the radar). They will also provide updates on the employment front, including information regarding changes to Oregon’s Family Leave Act and Paid Family Medical Leave, unused leave payouts, wage garnishments, and quota and performance recordkeeping.
