About Us

Willamette Valley Excavating was established by Jamie Dalke and Brad Reynoso in 2012. Jamie and Brad share a passion for civil construction and strive to become the best in the industry. Having combined construction experience of 30+ years and hiring only the most experienced and passionate employees, their continuing story is the narrative of one of the best civil construction contractors in the northwest.

At the start, Jamie and Brad began with limited resources. To jumpstart things, Brad sold his house and Jamie pulled out money from his retirement to launch the company not knowing if the company would make it past day one. They began working every spare moment available, from nights to weekends, to doing any and all small home owner projects that popped up. Things were looking promising but not quite good enough, so from the spare room of his in-laws house, Brad began bidding larger projects in the hopes that one might land. In a small amount of time, they landed their first big project, a large parking lot in downtown Salem. Soon, they began to win larger and larger projects, all ending with satisfied customers. This customer satisfaction led to repeat business and referrals that created more and more work with more satisfied customers. Willamette Valley Excavating continues to use the same work philosophy; work hard, stay humble and grow to strive to become the best civil construction contractor in the Northwest.
