About Us
At NeuroNavigations Northwest, we help individuals, families, organizations, and communities confidently navigate vocational pathways, disability support systems, and community resources. We believe accessing services should be simple, personalized, and empowering?not overwhelming.
Founded by Cadence Michael, NeuroNavigations Northwest brings more than a decade of experience in vocational consulting, resource navigation, community education, and postsecondary support for individuals with intellectual, developmental, and diverse cognitive disabilities. Through partnerships with Vocational Rehabilitation, county I/DD programs, and local provider agencies, we help participants understand their options, connect with resources, and maximize available supports.
Accessibility and connection are at the heart of our work. We simplify eligibility and intake, provide personalized guidance, advocate when needed, and offer follow-along support so participants can move forward with confidence.
We also provide educational workshops, professional training, and community events that promote inclusion, collaboration, autonomy, and stronger connections. Our sessions equip businesses, organizations, service providers, and community groups with practical tools to better support individuals with disabilities.
Our mission is simple: when people feel supported, organizations are informed, and communities work together, everyone benefits. We guide, educate, advocate, and connect?making complex systems easier to navigate while helping individuals feel informed, empowered, and less alone.
