I have been a physical therapist in the Salem area since 2011 work solely in out-patient orthopedics and sports medicine. I have also maintained certification with the Titleist Performance Institute since 2010. In January 2023, I started my own private practice, Leading Edge Physical Therapy. We specialize in orthopedic injuries, post-operative rehab, and sport performance training with emphasis on working with golfers. Our practice is 100% out-of-network with all insurance providers; this means we can treat you without the limitations imposed by your insurance plan. As a client, you would pay an hourly rate out of pocket at the time of your session but you can then submit for reimbursement from your insurance provider afterward (most plans will cover 50-90% of out-of-network services).
