Soroptimist International: Fitness, fundraising, and friends!
Join us for a HIIT-style workout hosted by The Practice, then stay to mingle and learn about Soroptimist International of the Salem Area.
Open to all levels and abilities. Expect bodyweight movements, cardio (bike, row), and possibly light dumbbells/kettlebells.
We will have light snacks and refreshments after the workout. You'll also receive a ticket for a chance to win some door prizes!
