Chamber Business Women

Chamber Business Women is a platform for members of the Salem Chamber to create solid relationships, further professional development and build strategic alliances. This unique environment is a gathering place for individuals with diverse levels of professional experiences to share ideas and mentor each other. Chamber Business Women meets once a month, the third Tuesday of every month from September through June, over the lunch hour.

Kristin Wierenga, who resides near Seattle, WA, is currently a National Executive Sales Director with Pampered Chef. Her sales team has grown to over 2,500 consultants, 140 directors and has sold over 16 million in product this year. Before Pampered Chef, she worked in tourism marketing in the nonprofit sector and then moved to parks and recreation in the government sector, where she applied innovative business strategies to government work.

 She recently purchased a farm with her husband, where she's currently developing an e-learning system around self-sufficiency and leading a more intentional, simple life. She enjoys gardening, hanging out with her 2 kids and snowshoeing.
